Dr. Giovanni Battista completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree cum laude at the University of Foggia, Italy, in 2010, where he also obtained his MSc in Orthodontics in 2012. He qualified as a Specialist in Orthodontics (cum laude) from Sapienza University of Rome in 2016. He attended the “Charles H. Tweed” International Foundation for Orthodontic Research, Tucson, Arizona in 2016. In 2022, he was a speaker at the European Society of Lingual Orthodontics (ESLO) congress in Sorrento, Italy. In 2024, he attended as speaker at the European Aligner Society (EAS) congress in Valencia, Spain. He currently practices as a private practitioner in Foggia and Bari, Italy, where he serves both children and adults seeking orthodontic treatment. Dr. Battista has several national and international publications. His research interests are digital orthodontics, direct aligners, skeletal anchorage, fully digital appliances, and face scanner.
