He holds a DDS Degree (1988) and a Specialist Degree in Orthodontics (1993) at the University of Pavia, Italy. Alberto Caprioglio is Full Professor and Chairman of Orthodontics at the University of Milan. He has published extensively in the leading referred international orthodontic journals and he is Associate Editor of Progress in Orthodontics. He is author of 10 books and 6 chapters. Prof. Caprioglio is an internationally recognized expert in early and interceptive treatment, OSAS and sleep disorder problems, impacted canines, molar distalization, dental traumatology associated to orthodontics treatment and materials related to orthodontic aligners. He is a Certified Member of the Italian Board of Orthodontic and of the European Board of Orthodontic moreover he is an Active Member of the Angle Society of Europe. Actually he is the President of the European Board of Orthodontics (EBO) and Elected President 2027 of the Italian Society of Orthodontics (S.I.D.O.).
