How to reach the Congress Venue:

Arriving by car:
Florence is well connected with the main Italian cities, thanks to the Italian motorway network, thus making it easier to get to the city centre, where the fair & congress center is located.

Arriving by train:
The main railway station of Santa Maria Novella is located two minutes away on foot from the entrance of the Fair & Congress Center, and from the central reception of Firenze Fiera, on the ground floor of Palazzo degli Affari. The other two railway stations (Rifredi and Campo di Marte) are at a ten-minute distance from the central railway Station of Santa Maria Novella, or connected to it through local trains and city buses.

Arriving by plane:
The International Florence Airport “Amerigo Vespucci” (IATA code – FLR) is only 4 km away from the Florence city centre and can be easily reached by tramvia T2 Vespucci Line, connecting the airport to the main railway station of Santa Maria Novella in just 20 minutes.

The International Airport of Pisa “Galileo Galilei” (IATA code- PSA) is located 80 km from the city centre of Florence and is connected to the Tuscan capital by train (every hour) and by Terravision bus (full flight coverage with 18 return journeys). In addition to scheduled flights, the Pisa Airport also hosts many low-cost companies

The Società Toscana Aeroporti S.p.A (the Tuscan Airport Company) – one of the most important airport systems in Italy – was born on 1st June 2015 as the product of a merger between the Florence and Pisa airports.Following the upgrading of the railway connections with Bologna – which can now be reached in just 35 minutes -the Guglielmo Marconi Airport in Bologna (IATA code – BLQ) can also be easily reached from the city of Florence.

Arriving by tramvia: 
From the A1 – Firenze Scandicci motorway exit you can reach the Fortezza da Basso and the Palazzo dei Congressi and the Affari in tramvia, thanks to the  Leonardo Linea T1 connecting the Villa Costanza car park to the Santa Maria Novella central railway station. There are two stops in front of our fair & congress center: for the Fortezza da Basso: FORTEZZA FIERE E CONGRESSI  | for the Palazzo dei Congressi and Palazzo degli Affari: VALFONDA – STAZIONE SMN.
