Introduction The British Orthodontic Society (BOS) is a central body for orthodontic professionals in the UK, promoting excellence in orthodontic practice, education, and research. Leadership within such a prestigious organization requires a combination of clinical expertise, academic achievement, and professional dedication. Early Career - A robust academic foundation in their specialized postgraduate programs in orthodontics at the Eastman Dental Hospital in London, UK, provided comprehensive training in clinical practice, research methodologies, and patient management. Upon completing postgraduate training, the next phase involves establishing a clinical practice, both in the National Health Service (NHS) and in private practice.
